What is the minimum order?
The minimum subtotal amount is $35.  Our minimum shipping/handling charge is $30.

Do you have quantity discounts?
Yes.  We also offer FREE shipping on orders over $400.  Here is a list of the volume discounts:

Do all the shirts have to be the same color/size to get volume pricing?
No.  Volume pricing is determined by the total quantity ordered.

My logo is really big.  Is it the same price no matter how many stitches?
Logos over 7,000 stitches will be charged a different rate.  Please contact customer service for details.

Why are white shirts cheaper?
Due to the dying process employed by several manufacturers, whites and some lighter colors are less expensive because of reduced labor and unnecessary production steps.

How long will it be before I get my shirts?
We endeavor to ship all items within 24 hours.  We have six warehouses located throughout the USA, so most customers in the continental US will receive their shipments within 2-5 days!  Keep in mind, however, that we may be out of stock in the warehouse nearest you.  This will delay your delivery time.

I live in Canada.  Can I buy shirts from you?
No.  At the current time, we do not offer international shipping options.

Do you have any samples?
As long as you order a minimum of $35 in apparel you can order in any quantity you wish.

Is your website shopping cart secure?
YES!  In over 9 years of business, we have never had one reported incident of fraud.

Do you take credit cards or checks or a company PO?
We only take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  Sorry, no checks or POs.

What are your customer service hours?
We are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday thru Friday via email at sales@logoshirtswholesale.com or phone at (972) 885-7253.  We endeavor to answer all emails on the same day.

Can you overnight my shirts to me?
No.  We only offer UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority Mail.

Can you mail me a catalog?
Our full product line is listed on the website.  If there is an item not listed in which you are interested just send us an email, and we will see if we can get it for you.  Otherwise check our web site frequently as we will be making product updates on a regular basis.

Can I ship my order to an address different from my billing address?
No.  At the current time we do not offer this option.

How do I return an item?  Is there any restocking fee?
Click here for details on return items.  Unfortunately, we must charge a restocking fee for any item that is not wanted, doesn't fit, wrong color, basically any reason except manufacturer's defect.  15% of the subtotal will be deducted from your credit.  Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
